"And the Lord will create...
...a place of refuge" Isaiah 4:5-6
Belmont is a non-denominational Christian school. We follow Christ in the firm belief that doing so will bless not only ourselves and our families, but society as well.
Statement of Faith and Intent
Our statement of faith is simple: we affirm the reality of God the Father, of His Son, Jesus Christ, and of the Holy Ghost, and we endeavor to apply the principles of Christian faith and character found in the Bible.
We focus on the simple, beautiful Biblical truths that bring peace (JOHN 14:27), for example:
God is our loving Father (MATTHEW 6:26).
Jesus is our Redeemer (ROMANS 3:24).
The Holy Spirit guides us into all truth (JOHN 16:13).
We begin each day with prayer and Bible study. We find joy as we study God's dealings with his children, as found in both the Old and New Testaments. We end each week with an all-school devotional.
Family, Church, School
We believe that parents have the primary role of nurturing the faith of their children. We therefore support, but do not replace, home and church. We "live in charity" and are united by our hope in Christ and our love for the students and families we serve.
upon the mountains
are the feet of him that
bringeth good tidings,
that publisheth peace..." - Isaiah 52:7
